Receive Confirmation – You’ll get an instant confirmation with all the details of your upcoming appointment.
Appointment Reminders & Management
Text Reminder – Two days before your appointment, you will receive a text message reminding you of your booking. Simply reply with ‘Yes’ to confirm or ‘No’ to cancel.
Click the Link – In the reminder text, you will also receive a link for easy access to manage your appointment. Click the link to view, modify, or cancel your booking.
View Upcoming Appointments – Access your profile to see all your future bookings.
Check Past Appointments – Review your appointment history to track previous visits and services.
Modify or Cancel – Easily adjust or cancel appointments if your plans change, directly within the app or via the link provided.
Update Your Profile – Keep your contact details and preferences up to date for a personalized experience.
